Welcome to SSAW.market
Our project aims to help independent luxury fashion designers and brands to market and sell their collections business-to-business (B2B) globally: and through this we give retailers wider access to new and innovative products, extremely conveniently and cost-effectively.
Our service combines:
A complete wholesale platform that brands can use to market and sell their collections.
A growing network of forward thinking retailers who want new and innovative products.
An incubator for emerging brands
We understand brands and designers: and work with many exciting brands at an early stage of their development when they are too small, or too disruptive, to be of interest to most of the more established consultancies and platforms.
Luxury - Unique - Sustainable
The brands we work with are selected according to our curation criteria.
Luxury is our Business Plan
All of our brands are luxurious - featuring clean aesthetics, great design, the best raw materials and highest quality of production. This does not necessarily mean that they are very expensive, although they often are.
Why settle for mediocrity, we don’t and nor do our retailers or their clients!
is hard to find
Karl Lagerfeld once remarked, “I don’t like standard beauty. There is no beauty without strangeness”. And Coco Chanel famously said, “In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different.”
We simply believe that discerning individuals like to find special things that are not available on every high-street or in every shopping centre.
Sustainability makes a difference
Sustainability is a level of consciousness that accepts we are all connected and we have a shared interest in looking at the real impact of our actions on the environment and on other people. We take the view, that although many of these things are hard to measure, it is still better to do something rather than nothing, and the fact that we care enough to try will, of itself, have a positive effect in general.
Sustainability and luxury work together to increase desirability.
Research and Development
In developing our platform we conducted in-depth interviews with more than 300 brands and retailers.
We have now commenced a further study to better understand how retailer see the buying process changing. This is a big investment for a small organisation, but this is a crucial part in constructing and refining our services.
